i‐Tech was contacted to provide a Tech360 to evaluate the IT infrastructure of this manufacturing company. The client had been experiencing ongoing issues with their IT infrastructure at their main office location in Houston, as well as their 3 international locations, that were causing serious business interruptions. This client was looking for a complete analysis of their IT infrastructure so they could stabilize their environment and create a plan for managing their infrastructure going forward.

After completing the Tech360 we will able to provide our client with a set of recommendations to improve performance with their MAS 90 Enterprise Resource Planning Software, upgrade their server software, correct connectivity issues at all locations, improve the network infrastructure configuration, and repair their failed data backup solution, among other recommendations.
